Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered, including available shipping methods, rates, and tracking information.

Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM CST, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Our team aims to process orders within 48 hours. After that, your package is handed off to our shipping partners, and you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Order Tracking

All HABT orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
If you don’t receive your tracking details or have trouble locating your package, please reach out to us at support@habtbeauty.com we’re happy to help.

Additional Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (see our  Refund & Return Policy).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • We currently ship only within the U.S. and select remote U.S. areas.
