When will my order be sent out?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM CST (excluding weekends and U.S.public holidays). Most orders are prepared within 48 hours before being handed over to our delivery partners.
How do I track my delivery?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it starts processing right away and we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. However, you’re welcome to return it once it arrives, just check out our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Do you provide free shipping?
Not now, we’re working on offering free shipping in the future. For now, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I send my order to a hotel or Airbnb?
Yes, you can. But please note, HABT can’t take responsibility for deliveries once they’re confirmed as delivered to these addresses.
What if my package is lost or stolen?

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately at support@habtbeauty.com. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

How can I return a product?
To arrange a return, please email support@habtbeauty.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
How long do I have to return something?
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please contact support@habtbeauty.com to start the return process. Returns are subject to our full Return & Refund Policy, and unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely, all HABT products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We are committed to creating formulas that contain no animal-derived ingredients and are never tested on animals.
What ingredients are your products free of?
Our products are thoughtfully formulated without alcohol, added fragrances, parabens, silicones, mineral oils, phthalates, or sulfates.
What if I have an allergic reaction?
If you experience a reaction, please send us a photo along with a note from your doctor confirming the reaction was linked to our product. Our team will work with you on next steps.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, HABT only ships within the United States. We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

What if I have already shopped from HABT?
Any purchases you’ve made on our website in the last two years will be included in your total. You’ll automatically be placed into the rewards tier that reflects your order history over that period.

Is your packaging recyclable or eco-friendly?
Our goal is to reduce waste. Where possible, our packaging is recyclable, please check local recycling guidelines.
Do you offer refills?
Not at this time, but we are exploring refill options for the future.
