HABT CLUB FAQS
What is the HABT Club and how do I join?
The HABT Club is a member’s club based on your order frequency and available to all HABT customers. To join, simply create an account at habtbeauty.com. If you already have an account, you’re automatically enrolled.
How and when do I receive my rewards?
Your available rewards are displayed in the Account section and are available to use immediately when you reach a new level.
How do I move to the next level?
You’ll move up a level once you meet the required number of qualifying orders. Details can be found in the Account section.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, orders need to be $50 or more to count toward your level progression.
How long does my level status last?
You will stay at your current level until you meet the criteria to move up. Level 03 is our highest tier, and members are never downgraded.
What if I have already purchased from HABT?
We have got you covered. All online purchases from the past two years count toward your total, and your starting level is based on that purchase history.
Do in-store purchases count toward my level?
Unfortunately, in-store purchases are not included in your order count at the moment.
Can I join the HABT Club from anywhere?
Yes, the HABT Club is open globally, although please bear in mind that we currently only ship within the United States. Some benefits may also vary depending on your location.
Is there a limit to how often I can order to earn rewards?
No limits. You can continue placing orders and earning rewards. Once you reach Level 03, you’ll stay there, and your order count will keep accumulating for future perks.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
Cancelled or refunded orders won’t count toward your level and won’t affect your status.
How does the referral program work?
When you refer a friend and they place their first order, you’ll both receive 10% off, it's our way of saying thank you for spreading the word. Your reward will be available once your friend’s order is completed. Full details, including any exclusions, can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
How do I receive my birthday treat?
To receive a surprise birthday treat, make sure your birthdate is added to your account. Then, place an order of at least $50 within 7 days of your birthday. Once your order is completed, your birthday reward will be sent your way. Don’t forget to check your account details and our Terms & Conditions for all the specifics.
