We are committed to handling your data securely and ensuring that your rights as a user are respected. We protect the personal data of all visitors to our website in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

We use Shopify Inc. as our e-commerce platform to operate our online store. If you use the Shop app to make a purchase from HABT Beauty, certain order information (such as your email, phone number, order details, and payment method) may be linked to your Shop account by Shopify. ID Data, Order Data, and PR Data (Contact Details)

What we collect: Your full name, shipping/billing address, email address, phone number, and (optionally) your date of birth when you register for an account or place an order with HABT Beauty.

  • To create and manage your account and enable you to log in securely.

  • To verify that you meet our minimum age requirements (18+).

  • To fulfill your order and deliver your products, without this information, we can't complete your purchase.

  • To keep you updated on your order status and shipping.

When you join our newsletter,   waitlist, or priority list by entering your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive newsletters, updates, and special offers from HABT Beauty. Contract and Transaction Data (Your Contact History)

What we collect: Records of your interactions with us, by phone, email, live chat, or social media, as well as related ID and order data.

Mobile Terms of Service

The HABT mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by HABT Beauty (“HABT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). We may update or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes, to the extent permitted by law.

By opting in to HABT’s SMS/text messaging Service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of HABT at the mobile number you provided even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology and may include:

  • Service-related messages, such as order updates, account alerts, and customer service notifications.

  • Promotional messages, including offers, product announcements, cart reminders, and special promotions.

Your consent to receive messages is not required to make a purchase. Participation in the Service is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider and plan. Message frequency may vary. If you are enrolled in multiple HABT SMS programs, you must opt out of each one individually.

You agree to provide a valid mobile number and understand that if your number changes, you will need to re-enroll using the new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HABT is not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, errors in message content, or actions you take based on the information provided via the Service.

We use third-party providers such as  Twilio  and  Nexmo  to deliver SMS communications. By using our SMS Services, you agree to comply with their Acceptable Use Policies, as well as applicable telecommunications laws in your jurisdiction.

Your personal information may be processed by these third parties solely for the purpose of sending you SMS updates and promotions on our behalf. We do not authorize them to use your data for any other purpose. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by following the instructions provided in each message or by contacting us directly.
